Help needed with PuTTY and NumPad
Hi folks,
I'm trying to play 3.1.0 (well, trunk actually but whatever) in console mode on a Linux box via PuTTY in Windows. I cannot get the NumPad keys to work properly, for love nor money. The default should work fine, but doesn't. Instead I get: 9->w 8->? (suspect x) 7->? (suspect y) 6->t 5->u 4->v 3->q 2->r 1->? (suspect s) Does anyone else use PuTTY and know how I should change this? Thanks, CC |

There is a "Keyboard" section off to the left of the putty configuration screen. I'd try the options there, and see if any of them work.

The default settings generate numbers for other apps, so I'm wondering if this is Angband-specific. CC |
