Drained stats, how to restore?

I'm quite new to Angband and I'm on my 4th character, a half-orc warrior on level 12. I managed to walk on a few traps that lowered my DEX and CON and I was wondering if there was a way to restore it?

There are potions of restore dex, con, char and so on. You can find them in the dungeon or buy them at the alchemy shop.
There are also mushrooms of restore *stat* and even a mushroom of restoring, which will restore all of your stats at once.
They will show up a little deeper in the dungeon.
Later on (~1800 ft) you will start to find stat potions and potions of augmentation, which will first restore your stats and after that even raise them. They can sometimes be seen at the black market but are quite expensive.
