Misfeature in 4.0 nightly

I downloaded a recent nightly from rephial, and noticed that when fighting without a weapon, the character always receives exactly one blow. They should instead receive the number of blows that using the lightest weapon would allow. I admit it's pretty rare for a character to fight hand-to-hand, but the reason why this is actually important is that during character creation, the number of blows is always shown to be 1.0, regardless of the Str/Dex of the character. Number of blows is an important consideration when creating a character, and it should be shown during the creation process.

Here is one possible fix for the issue. Full permission to use this [or do something else entirely, as you see fit].
