I like your proposals for Dexterity. For Archery I guess leave it as it is, can't think of anything better.
For Perception, some synonym of intelligence should do, since perception seems to be part noticing things and part putting them together. For Smithing, any adjective used to describe Feanor ought to do, really. He does sort of define graceful smithing after all. Constitution can probably stay the same. Song could either stay the same, or could use an adjective used to describe Luthien or Melian, since they sort of define the field. |

I don't think it makes the game more complicated, since all it would involve is renaming a couple abilities, and it makes dumps much easier to parse when you have a clue which Dexterity was taken when, for example. Also, it feels a tiny bit unclean to have multiple abilities with the same name, even if they do have the same effect.
