Gwarl whatever you changed last, I can no longer log-in. I can type the user name & password, but it neither responds to enter or the sign-in button

This is finally done.

Spectate multiple others while you play your own game, all inside the same browser window.

There will be bugs when quitting a game and starting a new one.. reload the page

Just wanted to give a quick shout out. Great job on this! I had fun today at work playing some Sil. I'll try and find some time to play again later today, or this weekend or something. I also want to try out spectating too. I'd like to watch some proper villains while I'm at work or doing something else on the other screen.

I did a run through with PosChengband and Sil earlier on as some of you have seen. PosChengband is working alright. Sil is ok but slows down *a lot* when the game tracks monster packs. Is there a fix for Sil underway ??

And this one: PosChengband's 'Ctrl + directional key' command to attack friendlies doesn't work. Alternatively, '+' + direction to attack works

No - I can't even write C, optimizing Sil's pathfinding algorithm is not on the agenda.

I patched in 256-color terminal support for the variants which lacked it, and aside from that there are some configuration/savefile handling tweaks and disabling some unix keyboard shortcuts. The actual logic of these games is going to remain unchanged.

I've noticed in poscheng and Z (and moria) running happens instantly, whereas in other variants there's something of a delay and @ actually gets drawn between A and B. In the current V, @ sometimes outruns his light radius even. You might be noticing this if you're used to poscheng. I don't know if it's an efficiency option that was hardcoded somewhere along the way (many efficiency options have been) or if it's because of the pathfinding.

I'd like to request some thin fonts like Terminus since there aren't any currently. Also, perhaps highlight the names that are watching you in the users online list, since you could miss the message in chat plus there's no message if they stop watching. Good work so far.

I've added it as an option. Firefox doesn't seem to support it though (something to do with being a bitmap font), I don't know if chrome will fare any better?
