[3.3] Bug in overhead window.

Overhead window in Windows-machines does not update properly when person moves from dungeon to town. Town map shows over previous dungeon level.

Yes, Jens spotted this. It's a side effect of fixing the slowdown bug you reported (#1265). It's ticket #1495.
