SLOW load on Vista64

Just a small notice, not sure what the reasoning is, especially since Ang is so small, but load times on Vista64 are SUPER insanely slow. Unfortunately I do not have any other OS on my system at this time and the Win port on Vista64 is the only way I can play. It can take upwards of a minute to load to the start screen on my system, I do not have a slow machine by any means. :P I also tried it under XP on the wifes machine and it is the same, VERY slow!

On a side note: the screen also has a bad habit of loading off centered from the main display and definitely not maximized, I do not play with all the other windows open just the main display. Bad habit from the old days.

This is a known issue and fixed for the next version.
