Oh man, how am I only just now finding this? I laughed so hard I cried, and I broke some ribs. It's Bakshi's animated/rotoscoped LOTR, dubbed over.

Like with anything like this, it has high and low points, but for the most part it clips along at what I think is a good quality. I've always loved this movie, even with all the flaws, so I had to watch the whole thing. But, if you don't time to mow through it, at least check out the Gollum rap segment exactly on the 2 hour mark... 2:00:20 or so. I also liked the Gandalf death montage at the bridge, the gates of moria and the aragorn scene in the prancing pony.
