Trying out Android port on my phone

This is a phenomenal port, not to mention I'm having fun with my character: DL 46, CL 34 HE warrior, LF 9-9, speed 2, with ESP and 5.5 blows with Main Gauche of Maedros. On my way to first of two vaults, I encountered rogrog:

You hit rogrog <4x>
Rogrog dies
You feel something roll under your feet.
On the ground: The Set of Cestus of Fingolfin (+10,+10) <+4>

Well, that's a nice upgrade on gloves of slaying! Can finally ditch boots of FA.
Then move two squares south while examining his drop:

 You see: the Spear of Nimloth (+12,+13)<+3>

I am now nearly done with the main vault. One rod of TO made a huge difference--hive mother, Ren the Unclean, AMHD--whatever the monster, it gets teleported, no problem, and in a spiral vault, almost no risk. Finally start looking at the loot, starting with the unknown ring:

On the ground: a ring of speed <+12>

Oh yeah, that really *is* a LF 9 level, right there. And a few turns later:

You have 2 Rods of Teleport Other

So did you completed it? i recently started playing it and man, it's hard..from your posts, you seem experienced in it...can you give me some tips..from a skilled player to a starter rookie...thanks for any help you provide.

Yeah, i won that game.

* you are not required to fight any one monster til the last two levels. Avoiding or evading a dangerous situation is the default. This also means, detect often, if you can.

* do not die of exhaustion. Carry plenty of healing (starting with CLW ), and escapes (starting with phase door and a scroll of recall.) In particular, i like to begin by figuring out how i could kill Bullroarer with my initial gear, at CL1 or 2. Rarely, i am lucky enough to do it. (The luck isn't the fight so much as meeting him almost immediately.) 4 each of ?PD and !CLW, a scroll of bleasing, and 10 flasks of oil. (It takes surprisingly few to kill him.)

* control the battlefield. Do not go into a room with orcs or trolls unless you can kill them all before they wake up. Fight in hallways and moats. Save your Teleport Other for battle control, not evasion, until you have at least one rod, or are desperate.

I never used any ESP yet, but I am now interested.
