Apparently luck accumulates.
I haven't played Angband in a few months (university, work, learning hao2piano, Street Fighter and a meager semblance of a life kept me occupied).
So a few minutes ago I booted it up again after such a long break, roll my usual (Human Mage) and start playing... Code:
d) a Ring of Speed <+10>
Dropped by Bullroarer the Hobbit at 400 feet (level 8).
+10 speed.
