Holy f***ing moly!!!
p) an Emerald Ring of Speed <+23>
Found lying on the floor in a vault at 4450 feet (level 89) +23 speed.  Current comp character (194). And that was like 30 seconds after finding boots of Feanor. @_@

The funny thing is... I never equipped the ring with that character. Feanor + Aglarang + trickery amulet to get over +20 base speed, using a pair of INT/CON rings to get both stats to 18/200 (for half-troll mage).
