Apparent spammers on Gitorious

So someone started watching Neoband on Gitorious. Cool... Except this "person" has only been present on Gitorious for two days, and has already added hundreds of projects to their watch list.

Also, their supposed home page is the main site for a supposedly free download manager, which may or may not be a trojan. (I would assume it is, otherwise why would they use an obvious bot to try and generate interest in it?)

I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this oddness, and moreover, if there's a way I can flag the party in question as a spammer...
