Castle yard?

It's fascinating how the game sometimes manages to surprise even after years of playing. This is from the current post 4.2.0. I detected a piece of permanent wall and assumed to find a vault of some sort. Instead it looks like a castle and a castle yard or something. Is this a special room and what's with the permanent wall?

It's a vault included from FAangband - it's a bit more interesting in FA, because the "yard" is full of water and trees.

Thanks for the info. Nice surprise. The castle was occupied by Mugash and the yard was full of trolls.
