i have downloaded the game from the official site and it works fine, but when i go to enable the tiles, they do not activate, they stay greyed out.
is there anyone who has a copy that has graphics that works and can help me out?
thanks

Steamband has no graphics support. (That would be easy, but it would need a whole bunch of new tiles--hard.)

I remember once Courtney Campbell saying he was strongly agaist playing roguelikes with graphics, and he deliberately took out support for them.

I don't remember if that was on a forum, newsgroup, or in an e-mail between us, but I do remember the Steamband code doesn't support graphics of any kind.

Nick will become famous soon enough
I'm strongly against me playing roguelikes with graphics - I don't care what anyone else does

I beleive he deleted all the code that supports graphics, or at least he said he intended to.

Just as long as the game never winds up on Steam...
