always detect traps immediately after killing a unique

Especially if it has DROP_GREAT.

Double especially if it is Sauron.

I've definitely been guilty of this error. V helps me remember because it doesn't allow items to be on squares with a trap. Some of the variants don't have that feature.

I always forget that Ogre Mages cast that stupid spell. What I want to know is why is the one tile you happen to step onto always a trap door?

Basic proportionality: the chance of that tile being a trap door is ~= quality of drop. Happens to me after killing player ghosts in NPP ...
