Those awesome magical mushrooms

Yesterday, for the first time I ran into a patch of magical mushrooms. The hit me and I start to hallucinate and became confused. It was hilarious, I was doing some hardcore serious diving (Practicing, because I am still a noob at angband) and I hit this patch. It made me laugh all like 5 minutes I have to walk around waiting for the hallucination wear off. No one can say angband doesn't have a little humor.

Even though Angband isn't filled with geeky in-jokes like NetHack, there sure is some humour in the game. I really like this monster description:

Great Swamp Wyrm: A truly enormous dragon with great powers. The foul gases issuing from the beast nearly make you vomit; and while you may try to hold your breath as you fight it, it sees no reason to do likewise.

Even the angband RNG has a sense of humour. Last game a found a scroll called "anus in". Shouldn't I get an extra inventory slot for that?
