This is very noticeable: it's not just one generation attempt affected, it's all of the ones generated on a level. Right now the usual number of attempts to generate an OOD monster is 1-2; your change brings it to the 8-10 OOD generation attempts range.
Zaiband: end the "I shouldn't have survived that" experience. V3.0.6 fork on Hg.
