Weirdness in Artifact spoiler (g39a4701)

I dumped the randarts for my current character, and I noticed that one of the rings had a weird entry. Seems like it has two generation chances?

the Ring of Finelth (+0,+2) <+1>
--------------------------------
+1 constitution.
Provides resistance to acid.
Cannot be harmed by acid, electricity, fire, cold.
Grants telepathy.

Min Level 36, Max Level 127, Generation chance 4, Power 114, 0.2 lbs
Min Level 51, Max Level 100, Generation chance 40
Based on Barahir.
I look at most all of my randarts, and I don't think I've seen this pop up before.

Interestingly, I can reproduce this with standarts too. I'm guessing it's to do with the new dynamic kind generation code, which allowed us to get rid of the INSTA_ART base objects. Barahir is the first of those, I think.

Thanks for the report - filed as #1608.

I think this is working as intended. There are 2 A: lines for Barahir - there can be up to 3 for artifacts - which allows for allocation profiles that are non-linear throughout the whole dungeon.

Now Barahir is the only artifact with this property, so maybe it's a mistake, but if so, the problem is in the edit files, and not in the code.

Man I was tired this Christmas. I implemented this back in early October, and Barahir was my test case. It's in-depth but rare from levels 30 to 50, and four times more common from 51 onwards.

This is indeed working as designed - thanks noz.
