2 'Illegible' spells -Beginner Handbook

I'm a level 35 Ranger with int. 18/135 and Wis. 18/143 but two spells in the beginners handbook are still illegible. Will I ever be able to read these spells?

The spells are treasure detection & object detection. They are only available if you're playing a rouge.

That would be rogue, should check my spelling first. Don't speak French had to use babelfish to find out what you were all going on about.
