Question: I just found a 4-use forge. Took 2 more points in smithing to make myself the perfect halberd for my strength. Then, I took jeweller to get a +1 acc ring.

Have 2 uses left -- I'm considering a -1 amulet of the blessed realm. It's not like I'm using the Gra for much, anyways. Opinions? What else could I do besides churning out crap rings / amulets for the ID?

It's fairly niche, but you might make some light throwing spears -- they'll probably give you a more powerful ranged attack than your longbow if you're not investing in archery. They might also double as a good assassination weapon, but with such high strength perhaps the halberd is better. If you grab enchantment at some point, note that because of their large damage dice, polearms of slaying are particularly effective.

You don't desperately need Grace, but it will help with Focused Attack, as well as general Will and Perception rolls. It could also help with Elbereth if you follow that path (which goes well with polearms but goes slightly in the other direction to stealth).
