Well, I finally found my first !Str so perhaps I can improve a little bit. Dwarves *is* a good weapon, I just can't quite wrap my hands around it just yet, though I suspect I am rather close to a 5th attack.

In the mean time, I'm reduced to clearing troll pits in the Anti-magic caves for drops. That and tentative exploration of special levels, though I nearly died on the last one (3 shoggoths and Judge Fire).

I finally grew tired of nearly dying to Venom Wyrms and Steel Dragons so I made a go for DQII and got a nice bump to my shield. No new resists (except maybe Fear) but the speed bonus is always nice.
