The demigod powers won't be removed by anything that normally removes mutations: Zul, Potions of New Life, Potions of Polymorph, Recovering Mutant, etc. Same goes for Lucky men and leprechauns.

Damage is still an issue -- Sting is still by far my best weapon. I found a nice 7d8 short sword of slaying, but it's too heavy, making my accuracy way to low with it.

The fight with the serpent was quite a battle. I took along a statue of a great bile wyrm, which started off the festivities. Some spoilers:

You actually can genocide cyberdemons, its just that all monsters get a saving throw. Actually, destruction works much better, provided you are using scrolls rather than staves. (And monsters also can resist destruction, but its much less likely than genocide).

Invulnerability might not be the best idea. When it wears off or is dispelled, your energy gets set to 0. This often means monsters getting double or even triple moves, which can be quite deadly. Invulnerability is great against monsters that don't dispel magic, though (like The Destroyer).

For artifact scrolls, try falcon swords next time. Jewelry is nice and tempting, but you only get half the powers you otherwise would. This is not to say you wouldn't do better with falcon swords as artifacting is quite the lottery, but I think your upside potential is much greater. Getting a +3 attack falcon sword with 20+ to damage is pretty much as good as it gets for a ninja, and falcon swords always grant extra blows so you just need to get lucky with the rest.

Anyway, congrats again. You killed the Plain Gold Ring? That's amazing :D
