Perhaps it is not in the spirit of that discussion since I abused Alchemy to produce potions of Lose Memories to keep myself low.
But I have no doubt that a Yeek Melkor Alchemist is the way to go. It only takes 200,000 EP to get to level 35, which is the minimum necessary to get into Dol Guldur. Using a sentient weapon for kills cuts EP gain in half (Mormegil was not the best choice but it was what I had). Curse meant that I didn't have to have overwhelming firepower; I just had to knock speed down enough to wear away HP and armor.
The final battle was easy. He summoned a ringwraith which I positioned inside an impenetrable vault. Then I mass-genocided everything else. Whenever I needed a break I swapped position with the wraith.
With a little more careful EP management it should be possible to win with 200,000 EP. I miscalculated on a few high-level uniques.
