Notes that might save future characters:

Don't let multiple heavy breathers like Draco* see you at a time; use tactics, teleport other, or other means to avoid that.

Don't let them be faster than you. It looks like one got a double move in this dump.

Double resist frost and fire. Potions of resist heat and cold are not rare. 550 nether plus a maximum of 176 for double-resisted frost is 726 damage, which would have left you with 110 hp (assuming full health). Either this char took significant additional damage from other monsters too, had less than full HP, or wasn't double resisting cold...
