This is my best character ever. He is doing very well so far. Completed 3 dungeons and 9 quests he is pretty well outfitted for his level. Now I plan to go through the Dungeon of Angband until level 40 and then go through the anti-magic cave. Obviously, I will stay away from the magic only caves. I would appreciate any comments or tips to staying alive in the lower levels. I have never been this far.

YASD I should have stuck with my original plan. I went to level 18 of Angband and got a little bored. So I went and tried the Anti-Magic cave even though it is level 40. I was doing great and really loading up on the exp(14k just like that) until I tried to take on a mature dragon. He was kicking my butt and another came along to kill me even faster. Still, that was my best character ever.
