So far so good; Z and Cth creatures are gone now, which makes me a little sad but also makes the game considerably easier. Done with Orc Caves, Old Forest, and Rhun; the most notable finds so far have been Bloodspike (in the Orc Caves!) and Gothmog's shield. Also just bought a defender boomerang to round out my cardinal resists.

I pepper most of my enemies with Manathrusts until they get in close, whereupon I give them a good beating with Bloodspike. Despite my static AC of 140 (!), I'd like to have a little more HP before I really start getting into the fighting culture.

Probably Moria or Mirkwood next. Leaning toward Moria, since I only took 20 quests, but I'd like to have Vision first.
