Your ring of light and darkness res is redundant. I'd look for a ring of rSound. And a swap for rBlind. I'd ditch the CCW's. Atm you're basically without a source of healing. 2 more levels and you get enlightment, so lack of potions will never be a problem anymore. Start building a stockpile of !curing and esp. !resistance, for my ninja they are meanwhile more precious than !healing. Use your _Healing. Can be recharged in Anvil and if a fire brether shows up, either stash them in a wall or quaff !resistance. Buy !heroism and ?holy chant. It really helps in tougher battles.Use quickwalk and hit&away, it's a very potent combo, even 'incredibly quickly' opponents seem to be frozen. Carry, collect and use your -*destruction*. Terrain is unfavourable? *destruct*. Stupid Mana houds around? *destruct* OOD unique? *destruct*.

Personally, I'd keep the CCW around. Maybe it's just my playstyle, but I find it useful to heal minor damage in battle situations where you have a few spare turns when the enemy is coming at you, without having to spend a !oHealing; also easier to get than !Curing.
ZarahNeander is right tho, you need a better source of Healing with you at these depths, preferably potions.

I think Brand is better than your bow. Perhaps Brand and replace your Ring of Speed with some resistance you need ... Dunno. What is Brand's random resistance (if any)?

Also, be on the lookout for Quickthorn ... it will go nicely with your Tinythorn! Personally I like Fiona over Kamui, but that might just be personal preference. Ninjas are about critical hits, and extra attacks give more opportunities ...
