Dive bit deeper, you'll start to see rings of speed on regular basis. They are native in dlvl 75. Elessar would be nice addition on your kit. Why you are carrying phase door and !CCW? carry instead some 10 !oHealing, and use prayer portal. Portal has longer range than phase door, but not so long as teleport self, which sometimes ends up jumping you between two places in dungeon.
