For being a Mutant, you have an extra amulet slot, where I'd wear the Amulet of Reflection. You're also missing Fear and Confusion resistances, which can seriously mess up a fighter-type. Try wearing Urthlon. I doubt nether will be a problem for a while, though.
I'd also ditch the Harp and get a set of cross/bow and arrows, since +1 Cha is of little value and you have other sources of acid and light resistance.
