Found a Feanorian Lamp of the Magi (+1), which allows me to save another inventory slot by copying a spell onto it, and also boosts my INT, WIS and CHR. That plus the 3.6 skill points I got in the Magic skill, courtesy of Fumblefingers, made for a serious boost of my mana - 744 SP now.
