Feanor+Caspannion+Numenor+Belthronding gets you +19 speed, which is enough for just about everything short of Morgoth.

It trades Disenchantment for Nether,which is a good trade since your equipment is so badly disenchanted. Poor Fingolfin and Cubragol :(

And it's useful to carry Tenser's for branding and for Hero+Berserk. It makes a big difference against tough opponents.
