Well, after having won once with a ranger some 3-4 years back when I picked up Angband for nostalgia (having played during Moria years, and then a bit in early Angband), I figured as I was bored I'd play it a bit again.

Well this was my first character created this time, and killed Morgoth with it, yey. :)

Almost bought it at around 70 or so with a dragon pit, got careless and triple breathed on, luckily about 50hp or so left... after that played bit smarter again, never really had any risky situations.

Then again I guess this was a very slow(?) win, but I just wanted to see if I could win with a warrior. Though I did wimp out and only took maybe one star of Morgoth HP with melee, then pummeled him with some bolts/arrows.

Now to NPPAngband I reckon. :)
