2) I have killed many more half-elf priestesses than I care to admit, including one at clvl 50. Contrary to the word on the street, a half-elf priest is not that hard (though maybe I don't know how easy a dwarf can be). Next, I'll try a hobbit warrior or a dwarf mage or a half-troll rogue... actually, I think it's a hobbit rogue or perhaps a human ranger with random artifacts.
3) I still haven't killed Medusa or Qzllqzllupphhhbbbt... nor have I found Ringil or a plain gold ring. But I wanted to post my _winning_ kit, not the crazy post-game kit.
4) I'm guessing my turn count is high (I don't rightly know). I spent too much time at stat gain, and a lot of my game (almost all of clvl 44-50) cleaning out two greater vaults at 3900' and 4200'. I emerged from the first one (design #50) with pretty much end-game kit and over 20 artifacts.
5) I felt weird during much of the late game... I had fabled artifacts like 'Doomcaller' and 'Soulkeeper', and yet I was still wielding Arvedui, Erebor, a cloak of protection, and a jeweled crown of Serenity in order to cover my resistances. Not to mention had I had no gloves almost the entire game.
6) Best finds:
Lt. Crossbow of Power from Lugdush
Boots of Speed (+7) on the floor at 1850' (and the level feeling was 'Looks like any other level').
Ring of Speed (+7) at 3200'
Dwarven Pick Erebor at 3900' (first vault)
And somewhere in there was a ring of con (+5)
7) Erebor is a really good artifact for a non-dwarf priest. Plenty of constitution (which is what a lot of my other characters die lacking). Of course, Doomcaller is not bad, either. But I enjoyed all that time whacking things with a shovel.
8) I am totally shackled to the priestly style of play. I don't know how I'll handle another class that cannot completely heal whenever it feels like it.
