Raal's isn't native until dlevel 50, but that's not your current concern. Right now you're going to be killing a lot more with your sling and the branded ammo than you would with Raal's. Your current need is Con, since your HP is low enough that many things can instakill you. Keep an eye out for big breathers that you don't resist. Drolems, AMHDs, Anc. Gold Ds, Great Crystal Drakes, Dreads etc. Run from them.

Sadly, like all higher resistances shards resistance mainly stops side effects and may only minimally reduce damage.

(spoilers below)









Even with resistance, if you run into a shards breather with over 3000 hp then you'll be getting 250-428 damage. The one you should be worried about at your depth is a great crystal drake who can do between 154 and 264 in a single breath (308 unresisted). That will drop as you reduce its HP, but still not worth fighting at all until your HP is a bit higher.

There aren't any other big shards breathers until you hit the Great Wyrms
