rec.games.roguelike.angband looking glass
As of March 31 2008, my ISP's USENET feed provider ceased to exist (buyout by another company). Since that date, I no longer have any access to the USENET. Therefore, I am forced to discontinue r.g.r.a frontend on Angband.oook.cz website.

Agreed, very nice and am surprised it wasn't done long ago (as in, by
Ben - the idea and an implementation were knocking around in variants
during his time as maintainer.)

Personally I'd have preferred a different implementation of rods at
least (in fact, apart from the idea of screwing different rod-tips
onto base rods, I'm more keen on the ToME model - the idea that a rod
could be fired several times in succession by one skilled in use of
magic devices, because it costs X points out of a maximum Y to use,
recharging at something like one point per game turn or many points
with a recharging spell.) In any case I'm not took keen on the
charge-sharing status of wands introduced by OAngbandish
wand-stacking. But either is an improvement on the original.

You won't, since you'll now always get the best price you could have
gotten from a haggle, rather than the Standard Auto-haggle Price.

Yeah, but are you going to give it back the proper name of genocide?
;-)
