rec.games.roguelike.angband looking glass

As of March 31 2008, my ISP's USENET feed provider ceased to exist (buyout by another company). Since that date, I no longer have any access to the USENET. Therefore, I am forced to discontinue r.g.r.a frontend on Angband.oook.cz website.

I complained about this both on the newsgroup at the time and
in private e-mail to RR so I don't suppose doing it again now
will make any difference at all.   :-(

Some of us actually set haggling by default because we LIKE
the skill involved rather than just switching to it as a way
to get low prices on flashy goods.

Neo said it ought to be an ironman birth option and I
actually think that's a good idea but I don't see why this
part of the gameplay should be removed when two or three of us
actively use it, just because most people apparently find it
too much like hard work.
