Wanted to kill Morgoth, but I could barely damage him with the spear that I found. Oh well, I still managed to weasel my way to the surface.

Ogbar is one of the weapons I always wanted to play with, I would probably try to get more bonus melee for additional criticals, so I would try polearm, focus, concentration, maybe a little higher song instead of some of the other abilities. The bonus it gives per point of melee is pretty close to subtle shortswords and you have sharpness.

Bonus points for the lamp smithing.

So that is what I did wrong. Huhn...I've been wanting to try out a concentration spear user, and I didn't notice it when it came along. Got too stuck in the mindset of wanting a good sword like I got with my last character. I'm guessing stuff like Poison Resistance and Heavy Armor Use (or Flanking) would be what I could give up for those skills, unless you see something better.

By the way, would it have been possible to use the Dagger of Nargil with this character, with Subtlety and whatnot? Cause that's the only other weapon I remember that I could've used (except maybe Delmereth).

The lamp smithing wasn't my idea. I've browsed the forums and remembered the one guy who previously asked a question about forging stuff, in which everyone answered to forge some Feanorian lamps. I noticed I got into the same situation, and did likewise. Not sure if it was worthwhile to forge a Constituion +1 Amulet, since I found another one later, but I didn't want to risk not getting one.
