BTW: Hey eytan, did you realize there's only 2 races that you can play a bard with? ATM, Only the elf and angel races get bonuses to CHR, which is the Bard's spellcasting stat. I'd like to have a few more options for this awesome class...

PS: I love all the changes in 0.4.0!

Well, only the angel and elves get bonuses to CHR, but you can still get decent bards with Humans, Felpurr and Vargr who have no modifiers to CHR. Actually, given that amulets of charisma are readily available at the magic shop (and quite cheap), and that the musical instrument gives a bonus to charisma, there is less of a need for a high starting stat than the other spellcasters.

I just downloaded 0.4.0d, and I like what I see. I haven't noticed a single problem thus so far. (I haven't gotten a chance to play it much tho.)
