You have enough levels in Sword-mastery for this part of the game, you can probably to continue to save those 57 skill points, and wait for more lost sword quests. I see that your equipment includes acid, fire and cold immunities; that is well. Whenever you recall to the surface, you might want to buy any Scrolls of Enchant Armor or Enchant Weapon To-Hit that you see in the alchemy shop '5'; with enough scrolls you might have +10 enchantment.

If you want more chances to react from mistakes, then you want more speed. Now evil esp and immunities are so important that you do well to leave Thalkettoth and the weapon of Maehdros at home. Look for Rings of Speed and Boots of Speed (though those are almost impossibly hard to find) and artifact rings or amulets that boost speed. You also want to upgrade from evil esp to full esp; if you find an Amulet of Telepathy, then wear it in place of the Amulet of the Serpents.
