Also, why not use the cloak Holcolleth? Speed is always useful, increasing your damage output by 30% and making it easier to run away. You should also have used Haraddeket with its higher damage output and see invisible and carried Azaghal around as a swap weapon. I would have also went do dungeon level 38 or so, as you had pretty bad stealth and no poison resistance. Personally I would have worn and uncursed Wormtongue as Nexus resistance is not quite vital, certainly speed is better. With your saving throw the chance for a statswap are around 1/15 per breath and not necessarily a bad statswap, could be INT-STR for example.
