Finally got a possesor into the necromancers body. I was wasting everything when i got into a fight with Thiazi, the storm giant. For some reason he can rip 2000hp off me in one round. Fortunately i got out before i died but it still doesn't explain how a monster can do such a large amount of damage.

Some monsters have the spell 'Hand of Doom' which will reduce your hitpoints to a very small percentage. This spell can be saved against. So you might want to set your exploreration to slug-like, which I believe increases your saving throw. Or maybe its tactics that affects saving throw.
