Looking sharp. Barukkheled is good for buffing your hit points, but if you want to deal more damage, Dagmor would be better with the 3 attacks a round. You might could squeeze out a 4th attack a round for even more pwnage if you wore those gloves of power. I would wear those anyway for the damage boost. You could even buff Dagmor to (+10 +10) using enchant weapon scrolls, more realisitcally to +8 or +9 without too much trouble.

Telepathy is pretty cool but I'd probably choose Holhenneth for assortment of other almost as cool things it does.

You're left only with holes in shards and chaos. You lose the teleport and banishment activations, 2 to speed and 3 to a.c. but get loads of resists. Throw on the palantir to shore up chaos resist and add another 2 points to intelligence if you can stand the aggravation which won't matter when you fight Morgoth.
