I didn't know they were supposedly spellcasters, but I don't really like the spells the way they are atm, so wouldn't have used them even if I'd known. I chose Anarchist because I thought they had the 'MUTABLE' flag, which I'm sure they did in 0.2.2. After she died, I checked, and they don't in this version :( I think I was around dungeon level 4-7 or so, but I can't really remember.
