After playing this spellcasting necro for a bit, I start to realise that a sorceror would do the same job at a more economical skill-point cost... Actually, spellcasting necros look quite nonsense to me now, even if you plan to keep sorcery down to skill lvl 20 or something (and I have planned to).

BTW, I've noticed necromancer are deeply renewed. A character such as this would not have been possible with 2.2.0 since Necros haven't Sorcery skill anymore. Now they are forced to be "fighting necro"s ŕ la DarkGod. Unluckily, the STR modifier is -5, so I'm afraid DarkGod will remain the only one to play necromancers... Now they should be considered priests, not mages, IMHO.
