Lygrogs are the most munchkinish characters around, even with their equipment issues. And when you add a nice sorcerous amulet to the mix, life becomes really easy. Though I have had several close calls, but Spellbinder got me out of them all in a hurry (healing, fireflash, stone prison, banishment). I'm going to the Void after I've found more artifacts (Sting and the Glaive of Pain, most notably).

Just defeated Melkor! The Void and Nether Realm were both easy, just rather boring hunting for staircases. In the Void I did a fair bit of fighting, even slaughtering several greater demon pits. The Nether Realm though I just genocided basically everything. Tiki was a pushover, never even got close to me. Used the Flame Imperishable on a PDSM I'd wished for, then very soon stepped on a trap of Curse Armor and got my Wight's Filthy Rag blasted. Melkor was much more trouble, since I couldn't genocide his summons, and he had a lot more health and managed to get into melee with me several times. Basic strategy was pummel him with manathrust until his summons were surrounding me, then teleport away and come back cautiously to lure him away from the summons. He fell on the fourth assault.

Oh, and I found the Glaive in the Nether Realm. Still missing Sting though.
